Climbaxe has run expeditions to Morrocco and Mount Toubkal for over 8 years, we have an excellent relationship with our in-country support and have a fantastic summit record with our teams, we have a longer expedition program, to aid acclimatisation and unlike other providers we do not run our clients up the mountain in shorter packages. We offer the opportunity to summit another 4000m peak and gradually increase our height gain with other acclimation day walks. We have found this approach not only increases your summit chances, but also give you more time to experience this amazing part of Morrocco and the Atlas range. Trekking and climbing in Morocco and the Atlas mountain range is an amazing experience, from the traditional Berber people living high in the mountains in hillside villages, lush green valleys filled with cherry, date and orange trees, amazing local cuisine of tagine with chicken or lamb, grilled meats and vegetables, nuts, spices and traditional mint tea and all this surrounded by amazing peaks with a massive amount of genuine hospitality, warmth and a welcoming nature of its local people.
